J.W. Sims Community Center / Saturday April 14, 2012 / 8:00AM-4:00PM / Proceeds benefit Nolanville’s 1^st Annual Trainwhistle Jamboree

The main City Garage Sale will be held in the J. W. Sims Community Center Parking Lot 408 North 10^th Street Nolanville, TX. The money from items sold will be donated to the Trainwhistle Jamboree event. Citizens who do not wish to donate the money made from sold items may still set up in the Community Center Parking Lot for a fee of $20.00 for 2 parking spaces or $30.00 for 3 parking spaces. The fee will be put towards the Trainwhistle Jamboree event. If residents would like to have their garage sale at their house during the City Wide Garage sale they may pay $20.00 and their address will be added to a list that will be passed out at the Community Center during the Sale and Posted on our City Website. Also residents that pay $20.00 will not have one of their garage sales deducted for the year (you will still be allowed 4 garage sales). If you do not want to participate in the fundraiser and still have a garage sale you must pay a permit fee of $5.00, you will not be included in any advertisement and one of your garage sales for the year will be deducted.

We will not be making maps for the City Wide Garage Sales. We will pass out the list of addresses of residents participating in the City Wide Garage Sale at the Community Center during the sale and have the list of address posted on the City Website. Signs will be made for the City Wide Garage sale by the City; the City will advertise the event in the paper, on the marquee, and on the City Website.

The cutoff date to sign up for the City Wide Garage Sale will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 5:00PM.
